What Does a Culture Within a Practice Achieve?

Part 3: Culture is Bigger Than Business Strategy

It starts with YOU... How can you accomplish this when this might not be your strength?

• Lead by example

• Understand your team and how to connect

• Surround yourself with others that can

Put positive leaders in place to influence and to help. Maximize your strengths and minimize your weaknesses. EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU have the ability to be this person in your practice! And YOU, not only will grow and thrive personally, but you will be loving and serving your team, leading by example. This makes YOU a very valuable employee!

“Most teams don’t naturally get better on their own. Left alone, they don’t grow, improve, or reach championship caliber. Instead, they tend to wind down. The road to the next level is always uphill, and if a team isn’t intentionally fighting to move up, then it inevitably slides down.” – John C. Maxwell

And when this happens, your team:

• loses focus

• gets out of rhythm

• decreases in energy

• breaks down in unity

• loses momentum

• And the practice will lose...

The good news is that your leadership style can build a winning team, or transform the one you have.

I’m going to challenge you for internal development. THIS is what will be exuded OUTWARDS and where you’ll see remarkable change and growth within your practice. When you accomplish change internally you demonstrate externally to your patients, your community, your remarkable reputation.
