What incentives do YOU use in your practice, to reward your team for goals met?
These are the higher goals, not monthly production and collections goals, things like: reaching Elite status for the first time, an internal employee contest for referrals or reviews... How do you provide the team with the incentive to work hard for that extra step, that higher goal?
